Questions people ask
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in two clicks. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month; annual plans stop at the end of the year you paid for.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
You drop to the Free plan automatically. You are never locked out and nothing is deleted; anything beyond the Free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade. No card is needed to start the trial, so there is no surprise charge.
Can I export my data?
On every plan. Free and Plus export CSV and a full backup; Investor and Business add Excel, PDF and the accountant pack.
Do prices include GST or VAT?
Australian prices include GST and UK prices include VAT. US prices exclude any sales tax that applies in your state.
What is the founding member offer?
The first 100 paying members get 50% off their first year on any paid plan, and a direct line to the founder about what we build next.
Is there a discount for accountants?
Practices get the Business plan free while five or more clients pay for Mintage, and their clients get 20% off the first year. Get in touch from the help centre.
